What are the measurements next to the photos?
The measurements describe the height of one row of the pattern at its widest point. They do not include the space to the next row.
Can I resize patterns?
No, resizing patterns is prohibited by copyright law. The patterns may not be altered in any way. Lorien Quilting may resize patterns on request and we would be happy to talk with you about your requirements.
I have a computerized machine, can I buy paper patterns and digitize them myself?
No, digitizing paper patterns is prohibited by copyright law. Some Hermione Agee patterns are already digitized for CompuQuilter and Statler Stitcher and we are working on more. Debbie Geissler's Statler Stitcher patterns are available from www.designsbydeb.biz. Many of our other designers are currently digitizing their patterns. As these patterns become available, we will post the sources here.
I'm a beginner - which patterns should I buy?
Your pattern choices will depend on your confidence level, which machine you have, what skills you want to work on, what your customers like and how much you want to spend. As a general guide, a beginner should have several patterns that cover a broad range of designs - floral, flowing, textural, geometric and pictorial, in high, medium and low density. We use these patterns in our own quilting business and we'll work with you to get the right selection for you.
If I don't like a pattern, can I send it back?
No. All pattern sales are final so choose carefully. If you have any questions about a particular pattern give us a call or send us an email. We want you to make the right choice first time so feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
How much do you charge for postage and packing?
Each pantograph or pattern pack incurs a postage and packing charge of $3 except Homelines patterns which incur a charge of $1.50 each. Postage is capped at $10 so the more you buy at one time, the more you save on postage costs.
I live in America/Canada, can I order from you?
We only ship retail paper pantographs to Australia and New Zealand.
Some products (e.g. Lorien Quilting pattern packs) are available
wholesale to international buyers, please contact us for more information.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server
Certificates, such as the one used on this website, encrypt all
data sent to and from the web site. This information is scrambled
and therefore unintelligible if intercepted.
How do I check my browser
security? If you elect to submit your credit card details online,
you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar)
will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This
means that you are in secure mode.
Also your browser's security
icon (usually located at the bottom right hand corner of your browser
window) will change to either a locked padlock or solid gold key
(depending on your browser make and version). This is your assurance
that your browser and our server are communicating securely.
